This website is operated by Lavish Attire & Accessories Limited (collectively referred to herein as “the company” or “we” or “us”) your use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions of use, your use of the website constitutes your unconditional agreement to be bound by these terms, if you do not agree to be bound by these terms you may not access or otherwise use the website.

We reserve the right to update, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions of use under which our services are offered, you will be notified of any changes made to these terms and conditions of use.

Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change and or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

These terms and conditions of use also set out how you may interact with us on our official social media accounts.

Placing an order

After you have completed the check-out process, you must provide us with an accurate full name, contact number, address and email address which we will use this information to ensure that we can contact you about your order.

How we will accept your order

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we WhatsApp or (and) email you to accept it at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. In the email and or WhatsApp accepting your order we will assign to you an order number. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

If we are unable to accept/fulfill the order

If we are unable to accept/fulfill your order, we will inform you of this by WhatsApp and (or) email and will not charge you for the items. This might be because the product is out of stock, we have identified an error in the price or description or because we are unable to meet the delivery deadline you have specified. If payment has been made for an order and we have reason to cancel based on any of the reasons mentioned above you will be fully refunded. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are unable to obtain authorization of payment or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Changes or cancellations to your order

If you wish to make a change or cancellation to your order, please contact us at +1 (868) 272-7280 within 12 hours of your receiving confirmation of your order. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply and anything else which would be necessary as a result of the change.

Items on site

The images of the items on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the items. All measurements and sizes are estimates but we do attempt to have them as accurate as possible. We take all reasonable steps in providing the most accurate descriptions possible of all items sold throughout the site.

Delivery of your order

When confirmation of order is sent delivery will be within 1-4 business days. Next day delivery is available at an additional fee.

We are unable to deliver on public holidays such as but not limited to Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra working day (i.e. Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date and when choosing your delivery option. If delivery happens to be possible on a holiday you will be notified and enquiry made on your availability.

Payments

Payments are made via online transfers, debit or credit card, end cash or cash on delivery. All items remain the property of Lavish Attire until full payment is made.

Return & Exchange Policy



We pay attention to  the quality of product and services, so we check product before sending out.
If an item is defective please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please take the picture of the defect in item and send via WhatsApp at 1 (868) 272-7280,
Please reference the order number in your message.

On verification of your claim, all applicable options will be presented to you to help resolve the matter at the earliest possible time.

If an item or items must be return or exchange, initial item must be in their original condition, item(s) must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for exchange or return. We do not accept return/exchange if there is no quality problem. Sale on all accessories, lingerie and swimwear are final.
